Rachel Neiman brings a strong academic and professional foundation to our firm. She earned her BA (Hons) in Sociology from Queen’s University in Ontario, followed by an LL.B from Southampton University in England, where she was awarded the Canadian Prestige Scholarship for her academic achievements. She later obtained her Masters in Law (LL.M) at Osgoode Hall, York University.

Rachel’s passion for law was evident from a young age, and she has always been committed to helping individuals during challenging times in their lives. As an advocate for those who feel unheard, she is particularly focused on supporting clients through difficult legal processes.

Rachel’s journey with our office began as a law student, then articling student, and now as a valued Associate Lawyer and key member of our team. She is bright, hard working, and compassionate, and respected for her dedication to our clients and ability to bring empathy and solutions to their cases.

When she’s not practicing law, Rachel enjoys exploring local farmer’s markets with friends and family or planning her next travel adventure.
